All sponsorship funds are restricted to Athletic Equity Foundation programs. Funds will be allocated to support scholarships, equipment distribution, facility accessibility, youth development, community outreach, and team expenses—less any necessary administrative fees.
Custom Team Jersey: Receive a personalized, official team jersey with the donor's name on the back—identical to the jerseys worn by the players.
Prominent Logo Placement: Your logo will be prominently placed on the team’s jerseys. Placement specifics will be discussed directly with the sponsor in collaboration with our jersey provider.
Website & Social Media Recognition: Get a dedicated feature on our website and recurring social media mentions throughout the season.

Important Dates – Jersey Logo Submission
To have your logo included on all tournament jerseys, please submit your logo with your donation by:
March 1 for the current season.
October 1 for the next season.
All logos must be sent to: sponsorships@athleticequityfoundation.org in a high-resolution format at the time of donation.
Late-Entry Sponsorship Perks (For Donations After the Cutoff)
If your donation is received after the cutoff date, your logo will be included on the remaining jerseys for the season. To make up for the missed tournament(s), we offer these additional perks:
Bonus Custom Jersey: Receive an additional custom jersey to gift to a client, employee, or for personal use.
Exclusive Banner Display: Your logo will appear on a dedicated banner displayed at all remaining events for the current season.
Early Renewal Incentive:
If you commit to the next season’s sponsorship by October 1, you will receive a one-time 25% discount—paying $11,250 instead of $15,000.
Please note: This discount applies only to your second-year sponsorship if your first-year donation was late. It does not recur annually and will not apply to future seasons beyond the next.
